UXCHCH: The Future of Work: From “Doing the Job” to “Building the System”
Details
A practical talk for UX/product folks on what AI can already do well, what it still struggles with (and why that’s where humans win), and how teams should redesign work for “agentic” systems without breaking trust, governance, or delivery. Diego will cover two autonomy models (AI-to-AI agent ecosystems vs 95% deterministic + 5% intelligence) and how to choose the right approach based on risk, auditability, and change-management reality.
About the Speaker
Diego Ramirez is the founder of hmn.plus, helping businesses turn AI into practical systems that save time and create leverage. With a background spanning mechatronics, product development, engineering, and teaching, he focuses on helping teams move from doing the work manually to building workflows that do the work reliably.
