Ece Dilege
Talk: Who am I as a UX Designer: The Imposter Syndrome
Ece is a Senior Product Designer at TELUS Digital, where over the past 3+ years she has worked on designing experiences that have reached millions of Canadians. In this role, she leads overall design strategy, helps improve team processes, and mentors up-and-coming designers on design best practices. Prior to joining TELUS, she worked for a blockchain startup as their first UX hire. Ece holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto. In her free time, she can be found trying new restaurants or wine bars around the city in search of the perfect Margarita pizza.
Niki Tisza:
Talk: Personal Branding for UX Designers
Niki is a UX Design Lead at Lightspeed with 10 years of experience in the industry. She started her career at an Irish MedTech startup, Medxnote. Since then, she's held UX & experience design roles at Oracle, PwC, and multiple government projects in New Zealand. Niki is also a writer and speaker on the topic of product design & research. You can frequently find her making videos on YouTube, writing articles, and sketch-noting. Her work has been featured in publications such as Silicon Republic, HubSpot, UX Planet & Prototypr on Medium. In 2022, Niki published her first book on UX design career.
