Ricardo Luiz is a Product and AI Director with nearly 20 years of experience leading UX and Product teams across startups, scaleups, and global tech companies.
He is the founder of No BS People, a product consulting and training brand focused on empowering teams to build with purpose. Ricardo specializes in integrating AI into product discovery and design processes, helping teams go from idea to prototype in record time while staying deeply user-centred.
