## ✨ Talk: Scaling Accessibility: More Than a Metric, It’s a Movement
Paul Lumsdaine, Design Ops Lead & Accessibility Program Manager, NASA JPL

Accessibility is often treated as a metric to report on or a risk to manage. But real progress happens when it becomes a movement people believe in.
In this talk, Paul will share how to build that movement by finding the helpers already doing the work, aligning accessibility with organisational goals, and creating the practices, training, and leadership support needed to scale it across teams.
He’ll cover:
How to move accessibility beyond compliance
How to connect accessibility to wider organisational goals
What helps create lasting support across teams and leadership
Practical ways to embed accessibility into everyday product development
