Sternberg introduces the Quantum-Fluidic Interaction Theory (QFIT), his groundbreaking framework that fuses quantum mechanics, fluid dynamics, and cognitive psychology to model and predict user behaviour with scientific precision. By revealing the physics behind human experience, QFIT transforms design from intuition and iteration into a measurable, predictive discipline.
