"Greater Good – How UX in Space Helps Save Lives of Millions"
Arkadiusz will share his experience working at ICEYE, a company operating in the Space industry. He will discuss the role of UX designers in building products that, while used by a smaller group of internal users, have a significant impact on millions of lives. He will focus on the NatCat analysis platform, which supports situational awareness and risk mitigation in the face of natural disasters like floods and wildfires.

"Addictive by Design. A Handy Guide to (Not) Designing Products That Stick"
In this talk, Benjamin will explore the concept of addictive design and its effect on users. He will examine how seemingly harmless design elements, such as notifications and content algorithms, can lead to excessive engagement and unproductive scrolling. Drawing from real-world examples, he will offer insights into designing products that engage without exploiting users' attention.
