As AI continues to reshape how we build products and lead teams, this meetup will explore some of the questions many of us are navigating right now:
🤖 How do we build AI products that people can actually trust?
Rakshana Balakrishnan (Oracle) will share lessons from building cloud and AI products and introduce the AI Mileage Framework for thinking about trust, governance, security, cost, and operational reliability when taking Agentic AI from pilot to production.
🧠 How can we give AI the context it needs to create better outcomes?
Nitin Sampathi (Google) will explore how design systems, business logic, and user data can become intentional inputs to AI workflows — followed by a live prototype walkthrough.
🌱 How do we keep up with increasing demands without burning ourselves or our teams out?
Belinda M. McCall will share practical leadership frameworks for navigating constant urgency while building sustainable, human-centered teams.
