[On-site] Panel Discussion: Experience Design in the Context of Complex Systems

This time we decided to invite experts to a panel and discuss experience design in the context of complex software systems. In particular, we focus on two main topics:

1. Increase efficiency in daily business: When to conduct research vs. when to use best-practices
2. Create outcome rather than only output: How designers without domain knowledge can create value for the system with low effort.

After the panel discussion we are invited to a cozy networking session with food and drinks sponsored by our host Dynatrace.
