[🌐 Remote] How To Sell UX Inside Your Company

Being the only user experience professional in a company – the "team of one" – is burden and blessing at the same time. On the one hand, you must fill multiple roles, and simultaneously you need to persuade and educate colleagues and managers to get the attention and resources you need for your work. But on the other hand, if you are facing this challenge yourself, you can see it as an opportunity to shape and guide the design of an entire organization instead of complaining about the situation.

In our January Meetup you can learn from two experts who managed to raise awareness of UX in different companies, you will learn from their ups and downs, and how to communicate the benefits of UX to colleagues in different departments. Kornelia Müller (UX Professional at AVL) and Johannes Lehner (Lead UX Engineer at Intact) will share their stories and answer your questions around this topic.
