[🌐 Remote] Top 10 Mistakes in Agile UX

Kornelia Müller will address the unique challenges that UX designers face in agile environments in our November meetup. From misaligned sprints and rushed user research to inconsistent design standards and difficulties in cross-functional collaboration, these obstacles can affect product quality and team alignment. Furthermore, the pressure to compromise on UX quality can lead to frustration and loss of motivation for designers, impacting both their creativity and engagement. We will explore how these issues shape the role of UX in agile development and how they impact product outcomes.

Unfortunately, our remote participants will miss the second part of the meeting - the first official UX Therapy Session. But perhaps this is the motivation people have been waiting for to join us onsite in future events.
