We're back with our second UX Therapy Session and this time, we're diving into The 6 Stages of UX Grief.

After officially kicking off our UX Therapy last year with a session on Burnout Traps, we're inviting you to another open and honest discussion about the challenges we face in UX. This time, we'll explore the emotional rollercoaster many UX professionals experience when navigating corporate environments.

If you're looking for a humorous take on the topic, check out Johannes' article on the 6 Stages of UX Grief. However, this session is about your experiences. No matter if you are still in the Denial stage, somewhere between Bargaining and Depression, or have reached Acceptance and Transition, this is a safe space to share, reflect, and connect with others who get it.
