[🌐 Remote] Unlocking UX: Usability Lessons for Hardware Innovation

When we think of usability testing, we first associate it with apps and websites. In this meetup, however, digital products are secondary. Sonja and Matthias from Nuki present practical examples where usability testing has provided valuable input for hardware innovation. They talk about the challenges of such testing, how hardware handles this input, and why timing and very early testing are critical to designing useful and usable products. After this talk, we invite you to join an open discussion around physical user experience and usability testing.
