The UX job market has exploded over the last few years.

Droves of people are flocking to the discipline and companies are trying to figure out how to adopt modern digital design into their space.
This has manifested into a few issues. One of which is that the companies who desire design help have now adopted a wide variety of team structures.

Have you ever wondered what guilds, tribes, and squads have to do with UX Design???
Actually... wait, theres more… we also have triads, TPD trios, chapters, scrum and balanced teams.

All of these terms come with different rules of engagements and have a huge impact on the day to day life of a designer.

Come join us at our next even where we’ll attempt to demystify some of these terms as well as hearing from some seasoned designers speak to their own experiences.
