User-centric product design for government: challenges and tips
In this talk, Peter will share his tips and practical guidance on creating user-centric products tailored for government agencies. Attendees will gain valuable strategies to understand and meet the unique needs, behaviors, and preferences of government officials and employees as end-users. The talk highlights the importance of collaborating closely with government stakeholders, ensuring transparency, and safeguarding data security and privacy.
Participants will explore valuable approaches to assess the impact and effectiveness of products, and how fostering a culture of continuous learning can enhance government solutions. The talk culminates with showcasing the transformative impact of prioritizing a user-centric mindset within organizations, leading to successful product design and development for government clients, and elevating the quality of government services.
About Speaker
The speaker for the main talk will be Peter Csirmaz.
Peter is a versatile and skilled professional with a strong background in product design and development. Currently serving as a Lead Frontend Developer at Datenna since November 2021, he has also gained experience as a Senior Product Designer, Product Owner, and Full Stack Engineer, contributing to projects ranging from drug logistic applications, fleet management systems, to stock trading applications. Peter's expertise includes defining UX strategies, conducting user testing, and excelling in technologies like React, Vue, Node.js, .NET, and Typescript. Fluent in English and Hungarian, he has a passion for gaming and a keen interest in hobby electronics and IoT.
