For our January 2024 event, UXify Eindhoven will collaborate with Senior UX Designer Marigo Heijboer. Marigo will talk about the relationship between UX and AI and what part designers play in this.

By foot or bicycle
19 minutes walk – or 6 minutes cycle - from the railroad station.

By car
Take the eastern entrance of the campus and after the barriers turn right 2 times. You have then driven around the building. Find a parking space there (the parking garage is not accessible) and enter through the rear entrance.

About the topic
We live in a time of exciting and overwhelming technological advancements that change both the world and the way we exist in it. Technology is often used to the benefit of business values while moving away from human values. With the ever-increasing presence of AI, technology has the potential to play an even bigger part in our lives - but in a role that is getting harder and harder to grasp.

As designers, we have a central role to play in the intersection of new technologies and human experiences. We need to take ownership and define the guidelines that will help humans to benefit from any new technology, such as AI. How can we make sure technology stays respectful of our times and needs as humans? And how can we as designers benefit from technologies such as AI?
