Samantha Serrer is a brand strategist and designer with over a decade of experience in brand development. After graduating from industrial design, she pivoted to a creative services role where she quickly moved into branding and creative management. She uses her understanding of customer experience and journey mapping to inform her visual design. Samantha specializes in building visual identities for service-based entrepreneurs with premium-priced offerings in over-saturated markets.
