Measuring and Monitoring for Better User Experiences

Details

As UX teams advocate for customers, user centric design, and product ideas, there are still lots of challenges in proving that a focus on UX works and delivers results. Data and financial folks like numbers and marketing leads look at sales. Given that there’s been progress over the years and many larger companies now have a CXO or Chief Experience Officer, the UX community needs to keep advocating for our role and help make our value easy to understand.

During our panel discussion, we’ll cover topics such as:

  • How different industries are measuring UX success.
  • What type of user experience monitoring program is running in your organization?
  • What tools are helpful?
  • Do SUS (System Usability Scale) scores, UMUX (Usability Metric for User Experience) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) ratings really uncover actionable data?
  • Does every company need to come up with their own UX success measurements?
  • What’s the best way to present senior management with measurable and actionable data?
  • Is your organization exploring/discussing ways to integrate AI tools into your research or measuring practices?
