Watch Me Designing

In our last discussion, we talked about how AI is dissolving the boundaries between roles. Designers are coding, developers are designing, and skills that once belonged to a specific role are becoming useful across disciplines.

AI can help us generate designs incredibly quickly. But there’s a catch: we still need to know what we want to build.

AI can generate dozens of screens, concepts, and prototypes, but if the destination isn't clear, there is no meaningful journey.

That discussion gave me an idea for our next session.

This time, I’ll demonstrate an end-to-end design process using AI agents. Over two hours, I'll first walk through the process from one of my existing projects and then we'll pick a sample project and work through it together:

Understand the problem → Identify users → Extract use cases → Define features → Build an MVP prototype

The goal isn't simply to see how quickly AI can generate UI. It's to understand how to think through a product and use AI throughout the design process.
