About the book

Listening is probably the most important part of a researcher's - and a designer's - toolkit. So how do we get better at it? And what use can it be outside our work?
Ximena Vengoechea's book is full of insights, experiences, strategies, exercises and examples to help you become a great listener - a priceless and timeless skill.

How the book club works:
Reading the book is not mandatory. Many participants use the book club to decide whether to read the book 😎. We'll make sure everyone can contribute - if you want to familiarise yourself with the book's topic and don't have enough time to read, check out one of the many podcasts with the author, like this one.

• 🎤 We discuss some of the main topics from the book (sometimes in smaller groups)

The book club will be in person, in Vienna, and in English 😊

The weather forecast looks good, so we'll risk it - this time, it's a picnic in Augarten! Bring a blanket and maybe some drinks or snacks.
