The Usability of a Bookshop
with Martin Kastler, UX Manager & PO at ÖGB-Verlag
Working with users in a 3D space takes things to a whole new level. ÖGB-Verlag utilized eye-tracking technology to discover how clients navigate their bookshop, what they pay attention to, and how to enhance the bookshopping experience. This talk reviews the findings and lessons learned from two rounds of eye-tracking conducted by FH Technikum Wien.
