October 2024: UX Project Case Study with Lorena Troya

This month, uxWaterloo member Lorena Troya is going to present a project that she worked on recently.

Lorena is a UX and service designer with six years of experience applying innovative methodologies in designing and consulting for digital products and services. She has worked in Latin America and the United States. She is passionate about creativity and innovation

She will be sharing the process of redesigning a POS system for a sports store and improving the user experience for their employees during sales. As a consultant, she often needs to work with tight deadlines and meet high expectations from clients, which are some of the primary challenges she will discuss.
