We're getting Virginia's real estate community together for a PARTY — and a great cause.
Join real estate investors, housing providers, REIA members, lenders, agents, property managers, contractors and other industry professionals for Alliance After Dark, an adult Halloween party and fundraiser benefiting the Virginia Real Estate Investors Alliance (VREIA).
Come enjoy an evening of networking, food, drinks, games, costumes, fundraising and plenty of time to simply have fun with other people in the real estate community.
Costumes are encouraged — but absolutely not required.

### Why Are We Doing It?

VREIA gives Virginia's real estate investors and housing providers a stronger voice in Richmond when decisions affecting our businesses and our industry are being made.
The Alliance monitors issues affecting real estate investors, works with policymakers and local investor organizations, and advocates for fair and equitable housing policies that protect property rights, respect tenant rights and encourage responsible real estate investment throughout Virginia.
