Coastal VA Women’s Circle: Seas The Day!

In times of transition and upheaval self-care is an essential part of caring for your community. We cannot pour from an empty cup. We can come together to raise funds for our community organizations- like the volunteer search and rescues whose crucial, lifesaving work is essential to all of our communities.
Come join Vic, from “Vibrant with Vic,” as she leads a practice rooted in self-compassion and guides you to go within, so others do not go without.
There is no fee for the class, instead we ask yogis practicing with us to donate (via cash, check, or mobile app), what you can. All proceeds go directly to the volunteers of the Coastal Virginia Search & Rescue squads.
We encourage you to show up to honor yourself, practice gratitude, and show your support for those who give their precious time, volunteering their own lives to save those of complete strangers.
We encourage you to come, be present and find peace in the present.

Spring Sports Socials start this month with our first team event - Kickball!

There are six weeks / games plus a final optional social finale tournament for eight games total (or $10/game). Registration includes tshirt, all equipment, parking, field rental, trained umpire and all league / schedule coordination. For players and fans it is BYOB and we will likely go out to refuel and rehydrate afterwards! You are welcome to come to as many or as few games as you would like - it is your Friday night! Also note significant others, friends and spouses are welcome - we have some couples, friends, etc trading off playing so that the whole family can come to get some outdoors time together. As long as they are supervised - kids are welcome at the park too!
