If AI can write close to 100% of the code, is software engineering still a viable career? That's the question we're spending this session on.

Our CTO, Rushi Luhar, will open with a straight look at where things stand: how fast model capabilities have moved, how coding tools have changed the job itself, what developing a career really means for someone trying to grow in this field, and how the industry might evolve over the next ten years.

Then we shift into a panel with three Jeavio engineers at very different points in their careers: a junior engineer, a tech lead who's been in the trenches, and an engineering manager who runs AI teams. They'll talk about what their work looks like now, their challenges, and what they think is coming for the industry in the next few years.

After that, the floor is yours. Ask the panel anything you've been wanting to ask - career questions, technical questions, "is this AI thing actually going to take my job" questions. All fair game.

Who’s this for
Early-career software engineers, final-year students, and junior developers anywhere in and around Vadodara trying to figure out their next move and build a long-term career in technology in the face of a tumultuous time for our industry.

Stick around after for snacks and to ask the Jeavio team the questions you didn't want to ask on the mic.

Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. RSVP is mandatory, so be sure to register early!
Once you secure your spot, we’ll send a confirmation email your way.

See you at the meetup! 👋
