  • Gentle Warm-ups – Easy mobility exercises to loosen up.
  • Basic Footwork – Move efficiently in the sand.
  • Intro to Volleyball Movements – Learn essential techniques.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable athletic wear
  • Water & towel
  • Beach volleyball (if you have one, no worries if not!)
