Sunday Dharma

Details

Join Khenmo Drolma for Sunday Dharma every week at Vajra Dakini Nunnery online for in-depth teachings of Tibetan Buddhist lessons, philosophies, and texts. In the tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, each session begins with opening prayers, before Khenmo will either deliver a Dharma talk and/or lead the group in Buddhist Meditation lesson for about 30-40 minutes. There will then be time afterward for Q&A. This time together provides guidance for integrating mindfulness into your everyday life, living with compassion and loving kindness, and overcoming difficult emotions.

Sunday Dharma is appropriate for beginners and advanced students. It is open to those already a part of the Sangha and to those interested in exploring spirituality in a meaningful and guided space. All the verses stand alone in wisdom and insight, so no need to worry about missing a week.

Please note that our Sunday Dharma is live streamed on YouTube. You are welcome to keep your camera on or off according to your comfort level.

Previous lessons are organized in playlists by series and available here: https://www.youtube.com/@khenmodrolma3764

Link to zoom is sent when you RSVP to each session.

If you would rather not RSVP for each session on MeetUp, you can register one time on our website. There you can select our Sunday Dharma sessions (as well as Tuesday and/or Thursday morning meditation sessions.) Once you have registered, zoom links will be sent directly to you 30 minutes before each session; this will be ongoing until such a time as you unsubscribe from the emails.
