We will enjoy each others company and the beautiful views out on Casco Bay off the coast of Portland, Maine After touring the harbor, Khenmo will lead us in a 20 minute guided meditation on the healing element of water as we sail along together on the lovely wooden schooner called “Villa”. Experience a compassion meditation and a contemplation of our own inseparability with the elements as we are rocked by the ocean.
