Start your day with Buddhist Meditation. Join Khenmo for morning practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Vajra Dakini Nunnery online. This time together provides guidance for mindfulness and focus. In the tradition of Tibetan Buddhist Meditation, each session begins with opening prayers, moves to contemplation of the Heart Sutra, and then to meditation before ending with closing prayers. This morning session is meant to center and ground you. Meditation sessions are appropriate for beginners and advanced students. They are open to those already within the Sangha and to those interested in exploring mindfulness and spirituality in a quiet and guided space.

Link to zoom is sent when you RSVP to each session.

If you would rather not RSVP each session on MeetUp, you can register one time on our website. There you can choose between Tuesday and/or Thursday meditation sessions (as well as our Sunday Dharma sessions.) Once you have registered, zoom links will be sent directly to you 30 minutes before each session; this will be ongoing until such a time as you unsubscribe from the emails.
