The "I'm not strong or flexible" excuse won't work, everything is possible with the rigth instructions and progressions. This open air workshop will include 5 DUOS designed to strengthen both the body and mind, while fostering a sense of empowerment and self-confidence. We're going to teach beautiful figures that everyone can achieve. If you are already strong and you want more up to more challenges we also have stuff for you. Come empower yourself through movement and connection in a safe and welcoming space.
