Exhibition “El Umbral”

The exhibition explores the process of sudden life change that drives rapid personal growth. Crises often bring many fruits, which we begin to see only after overcoming them.
Through the form of fantasy characters — Morulins you can experience what it feels like to exist in a state of endless desires, the collapse of imagined identities, and the realization that pain can teach us. The exhibition will feature the most detailed works created over a four-year period.

La exposición explora el proceso de cambios repentinos en la vida que impulsan un rápido crecimiento personal. Las crisis suelen traer muchos frutos, que comenzamos a ver solo después de superarlas.

A través de los personajes fantásticos — los Morulins se puede percibir cómo se siente un estado de deseos infinitos, la destrucción de identidades imaginadas y la comprensión de que el dolor puede enseñarnos. En la exposición se presentarán las obras más detalladas realizadas durante un período de cuatro años.

This is a practical, small-group workshop for artists who want a clear, realistic way to promote their work — without overcomplicating it.

On our next session (May 16) we will explore practical ways artists can turn their audience into sustainable income streams, beyond relying on social media alone. It covers tools like Patreon, Substack, crowdfunding, and even more personal approaches such as newsletters and direct mail to build stronger, lasting connections.

Price of the participation for the 90-minutes workshop is €15.

Hosted by Gabriella Kemény — a writer, and cultural organiser known for building creative communities and helping artists connect with audiences both online and offline. She has published books, performed internationally, and runs artist-led events and initiatives in Valencia, bringing a practical, experience-based approach to artistic visibility.
