Valencia Founders Brunch

Valencia Founders Brunch is an intimate monthly brunch for founders who are actively building and growing a business.

(OBS: This event is not for people trying to figure out what they want to do or want to become an entrepreneur - it's for current founders)

This is not a co-working session, a lecture or a room for random business-card networking. It is a small, practical peer roundtable where founders come together over great food to discuss one relevant business topic, exchange real experiences, get useful perspectives and leave with a clearer next step.

Each month, we explore a different topic that matters to founders right now - such as AI, sales, marketing, positioning, lead generation, hiring, productivity, systems or growth.

What to expect

• A relaxed brunch at La Inocente with a maximum of 8 founders.
• Quick founder introductions: who you are, what you are building and what you hope to get from the conversation.
• A short introduction to the month’s topic.
• Guided discussion around practical questions related to the topic.
• A chance to share a specific challenge, decision or opportunity and get perspectives from other founders.
• A closing round where everyone leaves with one insight they got and one action to take before the next brunch.
• Time afterward to connect, exchange details and explore potential collaborations.

The format

We will begin with 15 minutes to arrive, order food and have informal conversations.

Then we will sit down for a guided roundtable. Everyone will have space to contribute, but the goal is not to talk the most - it is to make the conversation useful for the whole table.

Please come ready to share:

• What you are building and who you serve.
• Your experience, thoughts or current approach to the month’s topic.
• One specific question, challenge or decision where you would value input from other founders.

The more specific you are, the more useful the group can be. For example, instead of saying, “I need help with marketing,” you might ask, “Which channel should I prioritize to validate this B2B offer over the next 90 days?”

A few table rules

• Keep contributions concise so everyone has space.
• Be curious before being helpful: ask clarifying questions before advice.
• Speak from real experience, not certainty: say “what worked for me was…” rather than presenting opinion as fact.
• Be constructive, honest and respectful.
• No hard selling or pitching - useful connections and collaborations are encouraged.

• What is shared at the table should be treated with respect and discretion.

This event is for people who are already actively running a business and working with paying clients. It is designed for founders who want sharper conversations, practical input, valuable connections and accountability to take action.

Cancellation policy: Please cancel less than 24 hours in advance if you can't make it, to give your spot to someone else (we get that shit happens sometimes, even last minute, please let us know). No-shows will not be allowed at future brunches.
