Outdoor Workout, Turia Park Valencia: Move, Connect, Revitalise (In English)

Join us for a 45-minute fun, outdoor fitness session in Valencia! 🌞 These classes are taken in English, so they’re perfect for anyone who’s looking to feel stronger, move better and meet like-minded people in a supportive and relaxed environment. Followed by ☕️ social in a local cafe (optional)

This is NOT a class for burpees or being “beasted”… it’s for people who want to be challenged in a completely different way. If you’re looking for fun, variety and a workout that leaves you feeling amazing (not wrecked), this is for you!

What to Expect:
These classes are for beginner/intermediate fitness levels and include a mix of individual exercises, partner challenges and team activities. We focus on enjoyable, effective workouts that help you feel great while connecting with others.

What to Bring:
• Comfortable workout clothes
• A bottle of water
• A positive attitude and readiness to have fun!

We organise everything in a WhatsApp group to help you connect with others and stay updated on future sessions and social events. Message me and I’ll send you the link to join!

This event is a free trial. If you enjoy the session and want to keep attending weekly classes, there will be a small fee moving forward. No pressure, come try it out first and we can chat more on the day.
