Join us for a 45-minute outdoor session designed especially for people who want to feel better in their body… move more freely, build strength, and feel more confident doing the things they love. Whether you’re returning to fitness, recovering from past injuries, or just want to get moving without the pressure of keeping up in a hardcore class, this is for you.
This class is delivered in English
Led by a corrective exercise specialist, @tracy.rehabcoach, these sessions bridge the gap between rehab and full-on sport. Think strength, mobility, balance, and fun challenges… without burpees or beast-mode nonsense.
Expect to:
• Move in ways that feel good for your body
• Train in a supportive, friendly group (no show-offs here)
• Build strength and confidence gradually
• Laugh, connect, and maybe stay for a post-class coffee
What to Bring:

• Water
• An open mind and willingness to try something new
We organise everything in a WhatsApp group to help you connect, stay updated, and join future events; including hikes, socials, and new classes. Message me and I’ll send you the link.
