Sunday morning beach workout! ☀️

The workouts are a combination of cardio and strength training, and always different – it could be HiiT, circuit training, or even a game. Our fun community will make you go that extra mile!

Time: 10:30
Costs: €7 per class (if you go for a membership or ticket strip I refund you the first class)
Bring sporting clothes and water!

We might stay for a coffee or swim after!
