The day starts with a workout at the City of Arts and Sciences. After the run, you'll step into the full COOLMOVE experience: ice baths, breathing, saunas, and a relaxed vibe to recharge both physically and mentally.
After your recovery, stick around for music by a DJ, good vibes, and the chance to chill with the community in an amazing setting. Whether you’re in it for the mental reset, the physical challenge, or just the experience – this is your moment to show up for yourself and others.
