About us
We are Ana Friedrikhson and Nata Gusieva, founders of GUFR.
Ana is a certified psychologist, coach, and trainer with 10 years of experience in psychology and 17 years in creative marketing. She also works as a creative director and co-owns a creative agency specializing in education.
Nata has 15 years of experience in operational leadership within the creative industry. She works with NGOs, non-profits, and impact-driven businesses. She also mentors young leaders and facilitates workshops for company owners and founders.
