🌿 Social Presencing Theatre – Valencia
A space to move, feel, and connect.

We gather in the park to practice Social Presencing Theatre (SPT) — a mindfulness-based embodiment practice that helps us sense ourselves, others, and the collective field with more awareness and compassion.

Each session lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes and includes:
🧘‍♀️ Meditation (20 min) – grounding, arriving in the body, and sensing the moment.
🌳 Movement with closed eyes (20 min) – exploring inner presence and flow.
💞 Relational meditation (20 min) – open-eyes practice of moving and connecting with others in awareness.
🪞 Reflection (15 min) – sharing impressions, insights, or silence, sometimes with the help of oracle cards.

No experience needed — just comfortable clothes, curiosity, and an open heart.
We usually meet at sunset in one of Valencia’s parks surrounded by trees, birds, and gentle evening light.
