About us
The idea of the writers workshop is to present your writing for detailed and meaningful feedback from a small group of other writers. It is aimed at people seeking eventual publication or generally to professionalise their work
HOW IT WORKS
Two or three writers have their writing (an extract of max. 1,500 words) distributed to the group a few days before the workshop. In the session, writers offer their collective feedback over the space of around two hours. Workshops sizes will be limited to ten people so that everyone has a chance to speak.
We need a quiet place, so the workshop may initially be online via Google Meet or another platform. There will also be opportunities to meet regularly in person.
The model is similar to the kind of workshops experienced on an MA/MFA in Creative Writing.
NEXT STEPS
First, let's see how many people are interested. Then I will set a date and organise the distribution of manuscripts.
