Stages of Blast Meditation

1. Breathe to Ignite (10 min): Breathe fast and deep through your nose, letting your body move freely to spark a surge of energy.
2. Unleash the Fire (10 min): Let it all out—scream, jump, dance, laugh, or cry. Be unapologetically you! (Silent option: express through body movements.)
3. Jump & BLAST (10 min): Leap with arms raised, letting a deep sound (or silent mantra) electrify your core.
4. Freeze & Witness (15 min): Stand still like a statue, diving into your inner world with razor-sharp awareness.
5. Dance & Explode (15 min): Celebrate with music, letting pure joy surge through you and the group.
