Valkyrie Dragons - Technique Tuesday

Are you dragon boat curious? Interested to meet this welcoming and supportive team to learn ( maybe even finetune) dragon boating skills? Then this is your chance!

Join the Valkyrie Dragons for Technique Tuesday! Our coaches will help you to learn this stroke, pulling deep from your core, and paddling in time with these amazing women.

Cost?

We offer two free practices for first timers! For paid-up members of the club, there is no cost.

Paperwork?
Please sign this waiver and registration in advance! That will help us to best seat you in the boat.

Weather...???

We practice rain or shine, except when conditions are unsafe (too hot, too cold, too windy, or thunderstorms).

What to Bring?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time, so that you can join us for a warmup. We recommend that you:

• wear something that you don't mind getting wet, and that you can move comfortably in
• wear good water shoes (with a grip!)
• put on sunblock!
• on rainy days, wear a light raincoat or rain pants

We will provide you with a paddle and a PFD (life jacket).
