Join the fun and relaxation of watercolor.
Don’t let this medium intimidate you!
Watercolor can be loose and ethereal or as sketchy and illustrative as you want it, as it is a versatile medium.
BUT Learning some basic principles is important to gain a better grip (pun intended) on the subject.
PLAN:

• Order a coffee or food at the counter then come join us
• After intros I will do a basic demo session
• We will do practice exercises and move on to creating a simple composition or work on a particular one subject.
• If you are a little more advanced you are still welcome to join us. But we will be going at a beginner pace.

What to bring/Supplies:

• Watercolor palette (any color is fine)
• Watercolor paper (6x9 or larger ideally; can be loose sheets or pad but make sure it is “watercolor paper” (cold pressed is best for this session)!
• A pencil & eraser
• Small/medium round brush (size 6/8/10 can all work)
• Medium mop brush (optional)
• Small hand towel or paper napkins
• Small water spray bottle (optional)
• An open mind and willing to have fun !
• Note **** I will have a couple loaners on hand for those who have no supplies- make sure to indicate with your RSVP ***
