We'll camp and stage at the Chiriaco Summit Dry Camp Area. Very easy to find, from the 10 fwy east or west take exit 173 Summit Rd and head toward the Chevron Station and look for the Camp Sign on your left. The Camp ground is behind the Patton Museum.

We will stop at Hotel California then onto Painted Canyon, Eagle Mountain Trestle Bridge and Patty Hearst site.

We will head into the Chuckwalla Mountains to check out the Corn Springs Campground and Aztec Well. From there, we'll tackle the same route back that we took last year which is now famously noted for "Stacking rocks" and a broken lower A-arm. This is an upper intermediate / Advanced technical section.
