Does it take you a while to wake up in the morning? Not so for the birds - they are up and busy with the sunrise. Join Ridley Creek State Park’s naturalist for an early morning walk to see what types of "early birds" we can find. Maybe we’ll even spot a returning Yellow‑throated Warbler arriving a day or two ahead of schedule - the only way to find out is to get out there and look.

Those new to birding and families with children are welcome to join us. Some of the trails are uneven and rocky and may be muddy, so good footwear is important. Please bring binoculars if you have them; a field guide may also be helpful to carry with you if you have one.

This program will last approximately 2 hours, and registration is not required.

Portable restrooms are available on site.
