National Go Birding Day at Miller Park
Details
Want to go birding but don't like getting up early? Then join us for this late morning birding outing at Miller Park in Exton. Held during West Whiteland Township's Earth Day celebration, this field trip will be led by knowledgeable guides from the Valley Forge Audubon Society. We will spot and identify spring migrants, year‑round resident birds, and enjoy the magic of the spring season - all on National Go Birding Day!
This outing is perfect for all experience levels—whether you’re a seasoned birder or simply curious about the wildlife around you--and is family-friendly. Our path will be easy to navigate, with part of it on a boardwalk.
Bring binoculars if you have them, and your sense of wonder. Together we’ll explore how birds connect us to the rhythms of the natural world and why protecting their habitats matters for the health of our planet.
Restroom facilities are located on site.
