Building For Birds: A Hands-On Workshop

Bird feeders come in all different shapes and sizes. Did you ever wonder why? Join volunteers from the Valley Forge Audubon Society to learn about the science behind bird feeder design, and build and decorate your own bird feeder to take home and use!

Bird feeder building kits will be provided to those who register, but anyone can come listen to the presentation. This program is for children aged 6+ as well as adults. Adult assistance in assembling the bird feeder may be needed for those with smaller hands.

Funding for supplies and the presentation are made possible from a Remake Learning Days grant from the Chester County Intermediate Unit.
