First Rehearsal of the Spring 2026 Season
Details
Come sing with the Valley Forge Chorale! We are looking for singers in all voice ranges, and no auditions are necessary. This spring we will perform a fundraiser concert with our favorite anthems. Our big spring concert called “Dreams and Fantasy” will feature David Bryant on piano for our performance of Beethoven’s “Choral Fantasy.” The concert repertoire will also include Beethoven’s “Hallelujah from Christ on the Mount of Olives”, “The Awakening”, the glorious “Cantique de Jean Racine” by Fauré, the powerful “Regina Coeli” from Cavalleria Rusticana, a beautiful chorus for the women, a stunning chorus for the men, and a setting of a Langston Hughes poem titled “I Dream A World”. We rehearse each Tuesday from 7:30pm-9:30ish, and we are taking new singers throughout the first month. We have dues ($100), but can also help support singers who want to sing, but aren’t financially able. Reach out if you have questions, and we hope you will join us this season!
