We are calling all nature enthusiasts and bird lovers! Experience a delightful morning at Valley Forge National Historical Park as the Valley Forge Park Alliance birding flock embarks on an adventure.
What to Expect:
- Guided bird watching: Learn facts about our feathered friends from experienced local birders;
- Picture-perfect moments: Bring your camera along to capture shots of colorful birds amidst the picturesque backdrop of our beloved park;
- Meet fellow bird enthusiasts: Bond with likeminded individuals who share your passion for birds and nature;
- Reconnect with nature: Enjoy a peaceful escape from the bustle of everyday life in our oasis.
Feel free to bring your binoculars and cameras and wear comfortable walking shoes. If you don't have those things, don't worry; birdwatching veterans and beginners are welcome!
Finding Us: Our walks begin in the VFNHP Artillery Park Parking Lot on East Inner Line Drive; restrooms and water fountains are available here.
