In the continued pursuit of the elusive Badges of Honor, we will travel and complete all 3 BoH trails in the Great State of Texas Ya’ll!!! This is a week-long Adventure combining off-roading, hiking, camping and just doing whatever you want in the Great State of TEXAS!

Based on the feedback from ya’ll, we have revised the initial itinerary to make it into a leisurely one week vacation in Texas with the off-road trips sprinkled in instead of madly rushing from one park to another.

The meetup dates and times for the three trails are below. We've built-in plenty of time between each Adventure for you to explore on your own. We’ve lived in Texas for nearly 10 years before moving to AZ and can assure you that the best time to visit is in early spring. It’s not too hot, not too cold or too humid and the weather is just right! The areas we will visit include Big Bend National Park, Marble Falls outside of Austin and the beautiful Bridgeport Lake near Dallas. Each one is a major tourist destination with various activities to keep you entertained.

These are public Adventures that I cross-posted on various social media channels and forums. I’m expecting 6 to 12 Jeeps at each event. You can join us for one adventure, two or all three. The choice is yours.

Numerous RV parks, camp sites and hotels / cabins are available at each park and nearby.

Itinerary as follow:

Big Bend National Park, TX
Trail Adventure Date: Saturday April 1st at 10:00 AM.
The trail that we’ll be running in Big Bend National Park is called “Black Gap Trail”. The trail is relatively easy and can be accomplished in a stock Jeep with a 4wd drive. This is a perfect trail for adventurous beginners that are willing to take their Jeep off-road and are not afraid of a few body/belly scratches. Experienced Jeepers will appreciate a leisurely drive through the desert with a few semi-challenging sections.
Before signing up, please review the links below to ensure that you and your Jeep can handle the trail!
