Details

Let’s escape Arizona heat this summer, see the country, and earn nine Badges of Honor while we’re at it! This will be a fun trip but expect to drive nearly 3,000 miles round-trip to complete!

June 6th through June 8th
We will start in Missouri with Jeep Jamboree and will conquer Guard Rail, Pee Wee’s Crossing and the new trail for 2023 Cougar Crossing. I was debating between doing this park with just our group or join forces with Jeep Jamboree. I decided on Jeep Jamboree because of how much fun we had with them on our trip in Tillamook OR this year and the $400 is a small price to pay for 2 full days of off-roading, 3 meals a day and having everything taken care of for you!

IMPORTANT!!! Jeep Jamborees fill up extremely fast once registration opens, typically within an hour!!! The Ozarks registration opens on December 7th at 2:00 PM Arizona time. Mark your calendars, set an alarm and register for the event at 2:01 PM. Just pretend this is a Southwest check-in and you’ll be fine 😊

June 9th
We will leave Missouri early morning and drive 3 hours to Kansas Rocks Recreation Park where we will conquer C2 trail and Rattlesnake Alley. These are both short trails and I expect it will take us around 4 hours to complete them and conquer the park. We will spend the night in the area, location TBD.

June 10th
Drive south for 6 hours from Kansas Rocks Recreation Park to Arkansas Hot Springs ORV Park

June 11th – June 12th
Explore Arkansas Hot Springs ORV Park and conquer 4 BoH Trail consisting of:
Fun Run
Rubicon Ridge
Snake
Quartz Canyon
We will part ways on June 13th and head back home to Arizona to enjoy another 100+ degree summer.

LOGISTICS:
· You’re welcome to sign up for all or join us in any of the 3 parks above.
· All 3 locations have camping, RV parks, cabins and/or hotels nearby. I will most likely rent an RV trailer from Oklahoma City for the week or might even bring my own.
· The trail difficulty is somewhere between 3 to 6. A modified Jeep with a minimum of 33-inch tires and 2 ½ inch lift is required.
· Additional Logistics items will be added soon.
· Don’t ask about hitting Texas BoH trails. That trip is slated for either later in the year or early 2025.
