If you are rude and do not cancel by Wednesday, July 23 - which allows a waitlist person enough time to adjust their schedule - OR if you ARE on the waitlist but have a change of plans but did not watch your emails to know that someone HAS cancelled and you are a NO SHOW yourself - in either case - you WILL be removed from this group and prevented from rejoining.
